    By accessing or using the website located at radipinion.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  2. Eligibility:

    To use this platform, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old.
    • Be a licensed healthcare provider or a certified radiology specialist (depending on the role).
    • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
    • Comply with all applicable healthcare, privacy, and data protection regulations.

  3. Services Offered:

    We provide:

    • A secure platform for healthcare providers to submit diagnostic image requests.
    • A system for radiology sub-specialists to review and return professional medical opinions.
    • Secure file and data exchange features.
    • Payment gateway for services rendered.

    ⚠️ Important: The opinions provided on our platform are intended solely as consultative insights and do not constitute direct patient care, diagnosis, or treatment.

  4. User Accounts:

    You agree to:

    • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach.
    • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

  5. Payment Term:

    Providers will be charged per case submitted to a specialist. The exact pricing structure varies depending on how much a sub-specialist charges.

  6. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    The following rules apply to cancellations and refund requests:

    • Full refund (minus any non-refundable payment processor fees) if a case is cancelled before it has been assigned to or accepted by a specialist.
    • No refund once a specialist has begun the review or has issued an opinion, except where Radipinion determines there is a platform error or other justified cause.
    • Platform fees, convenience fees, and third-party taxes or fees may be non-refundable.
    • To request a cancellation or refund, contact us atinfo@radipinion.comwith your case ID and reason. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    • Radipinion reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated cancellations, or violation of these Terms.
    • Disputes about refunds should be raised promptly; Radipinion may request supporting information and will review each request in good faith.

  7. Use Restrictions:

    You may not:

    • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
    • Impersonate another person or misrepresent credentials.
    • Use the platform for non-medical or malicious purposes.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the site.

  8. Intellectual Property:

    All platform content, including logos, designs, texts, and backend code, is the property of Radipinion or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without our written consent.

  9. Disclaimers:

    We are not responsible for:
